Directions from the south: 
    Follow US 550 North (Main Avenue) until you cross the Animas River on the Main Avenue bridge. There will be a stoplight with an Exxon gas station on the corner. Turn right onto East Park Avenue, and go 2 blocks to the end of the street. Parking is available in the lot next to the Durango Public Library. The office is to the west of the parking lot. 
Directions from the north: 
    Follow US 550 south to the stoplight at East Park Ave and turn left. Go 2 blocks to the end of the street. Parking is available in the lot next to the Durango Public Library. The office is to the west of the parking lot.

Tuesday:       9:00-12:30 and 2:00-6:00
Wednesday:  9:00-12:30 and 2:00-4:30
Thursday:     9:00-12:30 and 2:00-6:00
Closed Mondays and Fridays

*During the busy seasons we are open for patients on some Mondays and Fridays. 
**The staff is often in the office Mondays doing paperwork, so if you leave a message, we'll try to get to it fairly promptly.

Existing patients need to have steroid shots approved prior to coming in.
